1. Do you supply to businesses of all sizes?
Yes and Schools, Colleges and University's with over 17,000 Office Products and Supplies including Office Furniture, Copier, Inkjet, and Laser Cartridges. Our aim is to save you money on the products themselves and the hidden costs associated with the transaction. To place an order on-line you will be able to enter an official purchase order number. 2. Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free next day deliveries on everything excluding furniture when the order value exceeds £50.00 + Vat in Mainland Britain. We levy a small charge £5.95 + Vat for stationery orders less than £50.00 + Vat and £15.00 + Vat for all furniture orders.

3. Do you offer a next day delivery service?
Yes if your order comes in before 4.00pm you can be guaranteed of a next working day delivery on everything excluding office furniture. Office furniture deliveries typically take between 3 to 5 days. Our fulfillment rate is currently running at 98% and in the event we can't supply you on time, as a valued customer, you will be advised.

4. Do you accept debit/ credit cards?
Yes we accept: Visa, Master Card, Switch & Solo. For added security we only deliver to the card holders registered address. We also accept cheques, however goods will not be delivered until the chequed has been cleared through the banking system.

5. Do you have a return's policy?
Yes because we want our customers to be totally satisfied.All our products are guaranteed and we offer a no quibble returns policy. All faulty goods are guaranteed by their respective manufactures where details are available on request. Unwanted items must be returned within 48 hours and in its original packaging. Products such as furniture and electronic equipment are collected subject to handling fee of 15%.
